Description
Only three years ago, Kenya experienced large-scale violence after a disputed election reawakened tribal tensions. But the country has come a long way in three years — a new constitution was signed into law on August 27. The charter, which was peacefully approved by two-thirds of voters earlier in the month, marks a major new direction for the country.
