Kong Nai is called the Ray Charles of Cambodia. He's blind, but he doesn't play the piano; he plays the chaipei, a traditional Cambodian instrument, a bit like a banjo. Kong Nai is the country's only living chaipei master, but his musical career almost came to an end during the horrific reign of the Khmer Rouge.
