Mary Stucky/World Vision Report
Kabir & Rashmi Sharma enjoy dosas for lunch at their home in Ambala Cantt.
Description

Now we take you to a kitchen where Dosas are being prepared. Dosas are a type of thin crepe, stuffed with filling, such as potatoes. They are as popular in India as pancakes are in the United States.

But there's one key difference: dosas are eaten all day long.

Reporter Mary Stucky discovered that making the perfect dosa starts days before it's ready to be eaten. She brings us the latest installment in our "What's Cooking" series.

Encore presentation from May 2, 2009.
